Students will examine the technology concepts included in computer systems, networking, web development and desktop applications Specific topics for the course include: hardware components, software applications, operating systems, as well as the security, privacy, and safety issues associated with information technology.

  This course is taken in the 12th grade and focuses upon the development of the Senior Project, in particularly the “product, presentation and portfolio” sections. This coursework strongly parallels the work being done in the shop on the Senior Project product, and will help position the student to graduate with documented acocmplishment from their four years at Southeastern.

• Proper Sanitation and Safety in Culinary Arts

  This course will enable Culinary Arts students to identify and describe the importance of proper sanitation and food safety. Students will be able to identify micororganisms and how they relate to food spoilage and illness, outline compliance requirements of  sanitation and health inspections, describe cross-contamination and outline the requirements for receiving and storing raw and prepped foods.
