Welcome to Southeastern Regional Class of 2016!
This course is for students who are enrolled in Ms. Hallett's advanced summer precalculus course.
This course is taken in the 12th grade and focuses upon the development of the Senior Project, in particularly the “product, presentation and portfolio” sections. This coursework strongly parallels the work being done in the shop on the Senior Project product, and will help position the student to graduate with documented acocmplishment from their four years at Southeastern.
This course is designed for the 11th grade students taking Integrated Studies.
This course will enable Culinary Arts students to identify and describe the importance of proper sanitation and food safety. Students will be able to identify micororganisms and how they relate to food spoilage and illness, outline compliance requirements of sanitation and health inspections, describe cross-contamination and outline the requirements for receiving and storing raw and prepped foods.
The purpose of this course is to provide essential knowledge that will enable the dental professional to adequately recognize signs and symptoms as well as assist dental staff in emergency situations.
This is a demonstration course for teachers and administrators at SERSD.
